  • Merchandise through our online store (fulfilled by Printful).

All content on grithos.com — including the Grithos Declaration, the Five Pillars, the Fifteen Tenets, daily practices, articles, design, graphics, and logos — is the property of Grithos and Richard Johnson and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Email Subscription

By subscribing to the Grithos daily email:

  • You consent to receive daily email content and occasional announcements.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
  • Your email is managed through Resend.com and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Merchandise Purchases

Merchandise available through our store is fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment provider. By placing an order:

  • You agree to provide accurate shipping and payment information.
  • Printful handles production, shipping, and payment processing under their own terms and privacy policy.
  • Refund and return policies are governed by Printful's policies, which we encourage you to review.
  • All sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from Grithos:

  • You consent to receive text messages at the phone number provided.
  • Consent is not required to purchase any goods or services.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.
  • We will not share your opt-in information or phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. User Content

If you submit content to us (testimonials, feedback, questions), you grant Grithos a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our services. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimers

Our website, content, and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
